Your first intake meeting will be a short telephone call with a law student volunteer from the Osgoode Law School Mediation Clinic.  They will give you more details about the pro bono collaborative family law project and speak to you about eligibility requirements.

If you qualify for the program, a private in-person intake meeting will be scheduled and you will be sent a intake package to help you get ready.  Your in-person intake meeting will take place with the law student at York University, at the Osgoode Hall Law School’s Mediation Clinic, located at 4700 Keele Street - Ignat Kaneff Building, Room 1009C (Building #32 on the York University Keele campus map)

After the intake meetings, your file will be sent to our program administrator for review.  If your family is eligible for the program, a team will be assigned and you will be contacted to schedule your first collaborative team meeting.  The collaborative meetings will take place in the Toronto area, at a location decided by the professional team (likely at one of their offices).
